Holiday Delays
With the Holidays fast approaching we urge you to shop early so you can get your orders in a timely matter. There are usually delays so plan ahead and order early.
Cutoff dates for December 25th delivery(according to usps)
First Class Mail: Dec. 17
Priority Mail: Dec. 18
* please note we need adequate time to prepare your package for drop off and this doesn’t take into consideration any post office delays.
COVID-19 DELAYS from all mail services
Yes, all mail carrier services are experiencing delays. Since March 2020, we have seen that packages will be received and then delayed.
Please be patient and know your package will be on its way to you soon.
Where are you located?
We are located in central Washington State which is in the northwest part of the United States.
When will my order ship?
Normally, orders will ship between 3-5 business days (M-F).
That means your package will be dropped off at the post office 3-5 days after ordering.
All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Just as a reminder. Once the item leaves my hands, the postal service is responsible to get it to you within the estimated time frame, the shipping time is an estimate it is not guaranteed.
Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. I will ship to the address you provide. If there is an issue delivering to the address you provide, and it is returned to me, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
Shipping notification:
You will receive an automatic email with the shipping notification and tracking information the day we print the label. Your package will start moving through the system once we drop off your package at the post office.
The email is sent to the email address that you provided on your order. Order and tracking information is only given to that email address for customer privacy, so when ordering, please make sure your email address is typed correctly.
Will you combine my orders?
We do combine orders to be able to package them together and cut down on packaging waste. In most cases, for Domestic Shipping (US) that will bump your order from First Class to Priority, which is faster shipping. We will only issue a refund if it's more than a $3 savings to you.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For US customers, generally, you'll receive your order within 7-14 business days, tracking is provided for all US orders. Priority is usually between 1-3 days and first class is 3-5 days. We recommend Priority as it is insured.
For international customers, generally, 2-8 weeks. Since March 2020, there are huge delays in international shipping that is completely out of our hands. Please be patient.
There are always exceptions to this, customs delays can occur. Please reach out to the US Postal Service (usps.gov) or your local postal office in your country to ask questions first. If it's been longer than 8 weeks, please let me know. While I will do my best to ask questions, I have no control over your shipment once we take it to the post office.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or postal errors. There is always a shipping confirmation and tracking that the item left my hands and was received by the shipping carrier. For many countries, tracking stops when it leaves the US border.
My order shows delivered on tracking, but I haven’t received it.
Please make sure you protect your package delivery. Make sure someone is home, available to pick up packages, have them delivered to a secured mailbox, or you can have packages held at the post office for you. Packages have been known to be taken from porches and mailboxes(if you don’t have a locked one) so please don’t let them linger there. Don't forget to check with your neighbors!
We, unfortunately,do not have any ability to find out more information from USPS than you do. Contacting your local post office or post master is your best option as they have records for where it was delivered and when.
Is there shipping insurance on my order?
First Class Mail in the US is not insured. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, it is not my responsibility. If you would like your package to be insured by USPS, please select Priority Shipping.
Priority Mail in the US is insured for up to $50 USD through the US Postal Service (usps.gov) and all claims must be settled by you, the recipient, through USPS. The reason you need to settle the claim, is because once the package is picked up by USPS, the ownership of that package is now yours.
